First things first: All accounts created on monday.com, including those under the free trial period, are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS), one of the most secure platforms for file management.

That said, monday.com certifies its security levels by international protocols and industry best practices for computer data protection (ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27018), in addition to certifying that it complies with the Law EU Personal Data Protection (GDPR).

Lastly, the company has outsourced computer security controls to the international consulting firm Ernst & Young, receiving the SOC2 Type II security certificate.

Very technical? Ok, it means that it is a (very) secure platform.

Access security

Depending on the plan you contract, you can choose higher levels of security regarding the access credentials that may be required from users to be able to log in to the account.

In all cases, you can opt for two-step access (you need to have a password and a verification code sent to your mobile each time you want to access the account), while in more advanced plans you can incorporate registration through from your Google account.

Finally, the corporate license allows you to link with your corporate single sign-on systems like One Login, Okta, or custom SAML.
Training

The tool includes hours of training and assistance dedicated to the client, for corporate accounts of 25 or more people, included in the price of the license.

However, a corporate advisor to the tool may be able to offer you some preferential training packages if you're looking for a license of 50 people or more, whatever plan they want to buy.
