How to restructure a business process that increases the efficiency of the company.
This is the success story of Grupo Elyon, from Córdoba, Argentina. It is a developmental construction company that works in the design, development, and commercialization of urban projects. It has 15 years of experience and has more than 250 indirect employees.
Elyon worked together with Drew to achieve the professionalization that a company of such magnitude needs.
The development company contacted us to overcome the challenge of reformulating some of its processes that were affected by the increase in work and, as a consequence, their disorganization.
Next, Fabian Itquin, Head of Marketing, tells us all about his experience working with Drew.
Initial situation
Grupo Elyon was born as a family business, in the city of Córdoba, and in recent years has abruptly increased the number of its projects and deliveries.
When they approached Drew, they believed that what they needed was to create a CRM that suits their needs (expensive and long project) since they already had software but were not able to use it for their needs.
The main challenges presented by the company were: from marketing, to develop a strategy to attract and nurture qualified prospects and be able to prioritize them correctly; from sales, to implement a uniform work strategy to generate results and be able to maintain them over time.
How we helped
After working together, which was carried out through meetings to learn about the operation of the company and understand its needs, Drew submitted a comprehensive proposal that consisted of:
- Conducting a process survey
- Setting performance metrics
- Implementing a map of processes and software.
All this would allow us to generate a business plan based on organized and known information.
Along with the prior organization proposal and sales plan, training was offered to employees in the use of the software they already had (avoiding the process of creating a new CRM) and support throughout the implementation process, which required a weekly meeting with the team.
The pre-established term to be able to implement the complete project was 6 months.
Results
After months of working together, we were able to achieve the goals we set for ourselves. A new business process was able to be restructured and a new system that groups tasks was implemented, which achieved the simplification of processes and a significant increase in the efficiency of the company.
From Grupo Elyon, they recognize the smooth way of working that we had as well as Drew's involvement in all instances, which generated added value throughout the experience. Also, what Fabián highlights is that Drew managed to make them understand what they needed, which was not what they believed at first.
