Vanoli & Asociados contacted Drew since they were looking to improve the way they managed the monitoring of their projects. At the time we surveyed their processes, they told us that the volume of work was very large, making it difficult for them to follow each project in detail.

Once the survey was completed and the processes understood in detail, the first step was to formalize and unify project management to achieve traceability.
For this, we meet weekly and we were building, polishing, and automating the process.
It was important to generate a functional and simple work structure, which at the same time would allow having relevant information for each of the stages. With reports in real-time, to detect possible deviations from normal operation.
After working together, we were able to achieve a process and a structure that would allow them to have visibility over all the operations and the progress of each one, as well as the general status of projects, so that they could effectively monitor them.
Today Vanoli & Asociados has a centralized digital management structure that brings together information on costs, files, and communication.
