We believe that it is essential to show the stories and examples of some companies that worked with us, what they obtained and how they generate positive results. We're always focused on making people work with optimized processes and therefore their productivity rises, generating happiness both in employees and in the company.

This is the case of Feed Motion, an audiovisual production company from Córdoba, Argentina which worked together with Drew in the implementation of improvements in their business processes.

Without further ado, Agustín Castex is the commercial director of Feed. And he left this case below in interview format:

Drew: Tell us a little, what do you do, what areas are there and how is the team made up?

Agustín Castex:

Feed is a 2D animation and motion graphics production company from the city of Córdoba. Four years ago we launched the production company and we work with many customers and agencies not only from Argentina, but also from Spain, Paraguay, the Netherlands and the United Arab Emirates.

Our structure is made up of 9 people in 3 different areas: Management/Sales, Production and Administration.

Production has 4 animators and a production company that is in charge of diagramming everything that comes in and what is delivered.

Drew: Could you tell us a little about the transition process the company was going through?

Agustín Castex:

The moment in which we sought the implementation of Drew was when we realized that since the birth of the production company we had only focused on the Córdoba market and we needed to expand the client portfolio, seek larger markets and make our budgets more competitive.

Drew: What was your main challenge? What barriers did you encounter?

Agustín Castex:

During the implementation, we found that we knew very little about the sales process and the tools to be able to scale it to any market that interests us. We also realized that we were targeting a very small percentage of clients thinking that only they could make videos.

Drew: In your opinion, what was the main valuable contribution you received from Drew?

Agustín Castex:

The training and implementation of the entire process was quite hard for us since we had a rather rustic way of selling and dealing with customers and we had no idea of the scope that we could have in other markets without face-to-face sales and face-to-face contact with the clients.

Drew: How would you describe the work experience?

Agustín Castex:

The truth is that working with Drew was quite gratifying since we started with low expectations due to ignorance and they opened our heads a lot in terms of sales procedures and methodologies that were quite off our radar. Luckily, what we learned and mapped out in the process with Drew today is totally solidified on our side and from time to time we get in touch with the team to see what else we can implement or improve. They always provide us with new platforms or tools to continue improving and not stop looking for the best result in what we do.

Drew: If you had to advise a company that is analyzing working on a project with Drew, what would you say?

Agustín Castex:

Get ready to be blown away by the phrase “I should have done this much sooner!!”.
