Once again we come to tell you about different cases of companies that decided to work with us to solve different problems.

In this case, we want to tell you about the company Grupo Atención. It is located in Mexico and contacted us to access training that will help them make better and greater use of the tool with which they manage the company's processes and team tasks.

Without further ado, we leave you with this interview with Jorge González, who works as IT Deputy Director of Grupo Atención.

Drew: Tell us a little, what do you do, what areas are there and how is the team made up?

Jorge González:

Grupo Atención is a group of companies that offer a wide range of products and services where our main purpose is to offer added value to our customers to achieve their satisfaction. Grupo Atención is made up of the following companies:

  • Atención Corporativa - Print services management
  • Atecorp de México - Marketing of office supplies
  • Poder Comercial - Distribution of telcel cell lines
  • Elan Energy - Power generator
  • Soluciones Galileo - Smart radio
  • Atención Telefónica - Contact center
  • Betabuilder - Building companies
  • Team 360 - Professional maintenance services

Drew: Could you tell us a little about the transition process the company was going through?

Jorge González:

The Management was seeking to increase the productivity of all the companies in the group and required a control mechanism that would give it visibility over the projects and activities that each company and collaborator were developing respectively.

Drew: What was your main challenge? What barriers did you encounter?

Jorge González:

Our main challenge was to achieve the participation of employees and the development of companies.

When we decided to do it, the main barrier we encountered was the resistance to change and the refusal to use a collaborative and internal control tool that we sought to implement.

Drew: In your opinion, what was the main value contribution you received from Drew?

Jorge González:

In the presentation session they gave us immediate support, but we believe that the greatest contribution from Drew was the mapping of processes for their automation.

Drew: How would you describe the work experience? How would you describe Drew?

Jorge Gonzalez::

The work experience was cordial, respectful, but above all dynamic, which hooked us from the beginning to interact with the platform. If we had to describe Drew we chose three words: dynamism, commitment and responsibility.

Drew: What could you say about the results?

Jorge González:

We found that process mapping is easy and you don't need to be an expert programmer to design automations with the tool, making it easy to implement and use.

Drew: If you had to advise a company that is analyzing working on a project with Drew, what would you say?

Jorge González:

I would tell you that Drew's team allowed us to see the development and implementation of processes from a different perspective, and helped us find in monday.com the tool to transfer and manage them more efficiently.
