Construction and automation of business processes: Interfell

This is the success story of Interfell, a company dedicated to the search for IT talent for different companies around the world. It has more than 200 employees and its base of operations is installed in Florida, United States. Interfell was founded in 2016 and so far it has not stopped growing.

When the company turned to Drew, they were seeking to achieve the goal of redefining and digitizing the marketing and sales processes. They needed to find software that would allow them to achieve some organization in each area.

Next, Geraldine Tovitto, who is Chief Operating Officer, tells us all about her experience working with Drew.

 

Initial situation

Interfell is a company based in the USA with 6 years of experience that needed to have more information to prospect from its sales team and thus increase the number of closings they obtained. In addition, they wanted to increase the number of clients that came to the company through inbound actions.

After some meetings, we were able to learn about their situation; we carried out a survey and diagnosis, we could see that they needed to organize their sales processes and improve their marketing strategies. In addition, having manual processes affected the profitability of the company; the lack of structure in these processes did not allow to measure or control the results, and therefore improve them. They also needed a tool that allowed them to order work teams to improve efficiency.

 

How we helped

From Drew, we proposed to work in two blocks: the first consisted of the design and implementation of a commercial plan while the second consisted of structuring the marketing process.

The action plan proposed joint work, through meetings, for 4 months to be able to survey the situation, design, and formalize the process. In this way, the indicators could be defined to control and improve the results. A CRM was also implemented for better management of the company's prospects, along with training for the entire team on its correct use.

For the development of the process, we started with two key points that we needed to have to implement:

1. All workers should be aware of the role they occupy in the company, suitable for the task they carry out, and intend to collaborate.

2. Availability and commitment of all those involved in the implementation of the process.

From the work we were able to do together, Geraldine highlights our ability and speed to understand their processes.

 

Results

After the months contemplated in the proposal, where we worked together with Interfell, we managed to reach the objectives that we set at the beginning.

We managed to find the right management tool so that the company can work in an orderly manner in its sales and marketing areas, optimize it and the Interfell team use it efficiently without friction in the adaptation process.

From Interfell it is highlighted that in addition to offering the service in process design and optimization, an enriching experience was achieved by working together, sharing ideas, and exchanging knowledge.
